A little boy has been caught on camera driving in a toy car carrying a little girl on a crossroad with flowing traffic in northern [/news/china/index.html China].

The children were riding the toy car on the crossroad in Zunhua county on Sunday, according to a [ ] from the provincial police.
Surveillance footage shows the little boy in the fake vehicle with the young girl as they slowly drive past a stream of oncoming traffic.
The children were believed to have been playing with the toy car in the neighbourhood by themselves before driving it onto the main road.
But their dangerous adventure quickly came to a halt after a woman driving on the other lane spotted the youngsters.

The children were riding the toy car on the crossroad in Zunhua county on Sunday, according to a social media post today from the provincial police in Chinese northern province Hebei
The children were unhurt from the incident after a female driver spotted the youngsters and kynghidongduong.vn stopped them. The female driver is seen running across the flowing traffic to stop the toy car

Officers who were passing the area in a police car also witnessed the scene as they stopped to help the children.
The youngsters were later picked up by their parents who were contacted by the authorities.
The boy and the girl appear to be unhurt as a picture shows them sitting in the toy car with two officers following the incident.
The news comes as a Chinese mother has been caught riding a toy car with her young child on a busy road - and even running a red light.
Social media footage from May captured the parent and her friend driving two plastic cars carrying the young boy on a crossroad with heavy traffic as pedestrians looked on.
The mother, known by her surname Gong, received a reprimand for her 'thoughtless' action from local police in southern Chinese province Hunan.
