Ba-Shu Culture
Ba-shu culture is a branch of Chinese cultures. It is composed of Ba culture of Chongqing and Shu culture of Sichuan area. Ba culture, centering on Chongqing, is early derived from the area of Three Gorge and drainage area of Qingjiang River in southwest of Hubei Province. Shu culture, centering on Chengdu, covers area including west Sichuan Province, south Shaanxi Province and north Yunnan Province. From Shang and West Zhou dynasties, there was cultural exchanges between Shu and Han peoples from the basin of the Yellow River.
